PE Global Recruitment is working with a Europe-based data centre delivery partner to recruit a Project Manager for Milan. The role involves overseeing planning, coordination and delivery of all electrical systems on a large-scale data centre project.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and drive progress from procurement to commissioning and handover while maintaining safety, quality and budget requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Data centre project experience is highly desirable.
• Trade or Engineering qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets and resources in fast-paced environments.

PE Global Recruitment are currently working with one of Europe's leading Data centre delivery partners to recruit a Project Manager to join the team in Milan. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

The Job

:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical systems, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines, and driving progress from procurement through to commissioning and handover

.Requiremen

• tsLead productivity by implementing effective weekly and daily work plan
• s.Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standard
• s.Uphold the highest Quality and Safety standards through diligent implementation and monitoring of procedure
• s.Track labour, manage resource allocation, and maintain accurate productivity record
• s.Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objective
• s.Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• s.Lead, mentor, and support project teams, supervisors, and foremen to drive performance and accountabilit
• y.Collaborate with foremen to ensure materials, equipment, and information are in place for safe, efficient work executio
• n.Coordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operation
