Optimus Search is seeking a Data Centre Project Planner to develop and maintain programmes for Europe’s largest data centre projects. You will work with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met across pre-construction to handover.

The role demands expertise in Primavera P6, critical path analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical facilities.

Competenze

• Proven experience planning data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and critical path methodology.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and project delivery.
• Experience managing complex project programmes in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors, specialist MEP contractors, or EPC organisations.
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, or other major contracts.
• Knowledge of 4D planning tools and BIM-related planning tools.
