Aufinity, a fast-growing FinTech scale-up, seeks a Senior Expert to lead international integration projects focused on the Italian market. You will manage complex rollouts, translate technical requirements between partners and product teams, and drive platform infrastructure expansion.

Remote-heavy engagements with occasional on-site workshops for major Italian customers, ensuring high data integrity and seamless API/middleware interfaces.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of solid IT project experience managing complex software integrations.
• In-depth understanding of REST APIs and middleware architectures.
• Business-fluent English with excellent Italian skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and independent decision-making.
• Assertive yet diplomatic in steering timelines and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end international integration projects for automotive software.
• Define technical requirements and translate them into system architecture.
• Coordinate communication between customers, DMS providers and product teams.
• Oversee remote digital implementations with occasional on-site workshops in Italy.
• Monitor data integrity and performance to prevent bottlenecks.
