BKN301 is seeking a Senior .NET Developer – Technical Lead to guide cross-functional teams, shape technical requirements, and drive delivery of fintech projects. You will review code, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on where needed in a fast-growing, international fintech group.

Based in our Italian office, the role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, globally-minded environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core (6–10) knowledge.
• Deep ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API expertise.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Solid SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Hands-on Microservices architecture experience.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proficient with Git and GitHub.
• Fluent English communication.

Mansioni

• Contribute to coding activities and review pull requests to ensure quality.
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical requirements and implementation guidelines.
• Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges.
• Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.
