Aufinity Group – the team behind bezahl.de – seeks a Senior Expert to lead international integration projects with a focus on the Italian market. You will manage complex rollouts, translate technical requirements between trading partners and our product teams, and help scale our platform infrastructure.

In this role you will own end-to-end delivery in the automotive environment, design interfaces for REST APIs and middleware, and coordinate with customers, DMS providers and internal teams to

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Expert, you will hold strategic responsibility for our international integration projects, with a particular focus on the Italian market. You will independently manage complex rollouts, seamlessly translate technical requirements between trading partners and our product development teams, and actively drive the expansion of our platform infrastructure.

• End-to-End Project Management: The structured planning, management and successful completion of complex system integrations within the international automotive environment will be among your core responsibilities.
• Strategic Interface Design: You will precisely analyse and define technical requirements for REST APIs and middleware solutions and translate them into a well-structured system architecture.
• Confident Stakeholder Management: As the central point of contact, you will coordinate smooth communication between our customers, external DMS providers and our internal product teams.
• International Platform Rollout: You will primarily manage digital implementations remotely. Occasional on-site workshops with major Italian customers will complement the implementation phase.
• Sustainable Quality Assurance: By continuously monitoring data integrity and the performance of implemented interfaces, you will ensure long‑term success and proactively eliminate system bottlenecks.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 Years of Solid IT Project Experience: Your foundation is proven experience in successfully managing complex software integration projects or technical rollouts through to go-live.
• In-Depth Understanding of REST APIs: You have a strong fundamental understanding of IT as well as extensive knowledge of modern system structures, data flows and technological processes.
• Excellent Language Skills: Business‑fluent English, combined with excellent Italian skills, enables you to communicate and facilitate discussions with our partners effectively and accurately.
• Strong Ownership Mentality: Your fully autonomous approach, clear decision‑making ability and high level of resilience enable you to lead projects safely to completion, even when faced with unforeseen challenges.
• Assertive Expectation Management: In conflict situations, you act diplomatically, keep a close eye on the timeline and bring diverse teams together in a focused and effective manner.
