ALSTOM in Bologna is seeking a TMS Project Engineering Manager. You will own the technical contractual scope from requirements through Customer acceptance, manage risks, and coordinate the integration of sub-systems for a complex traffic management solution.

Lead the engineering team across lifecycle activities, define strategy, chair the CCB, ensure safety and cybersecurity compliance, and deliver formal documentation for industrialisation and commissioning.

Competenze

• Engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment to commissioning.
• Hands-on experience managing functional or hierarchical teams.
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.
• Experience with customer relationships in contractual contexts.
• Knowledge of products and services in Mainline market.
• Safety background.
• Fluent English language.

Mansioni

• Manage the technical contractual scope facing the Customer.
• Be accountable for performance and Customer acceptance of the project solution.
• Manage project technical risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate project activities and contract changes with PM/PMT.
• Define the Engineering Strategy and ensure its deployment.
• Chair Project Change Control Board (CCB).
• Be accountable for TMS Engineering Work Packages QCDP including safety and cybersecurity.
• Provide technical documents for industrialisation, sourcing, installation, test and commissioning.
• Support sub-system managers and engineering leaders for document approvals.
