Alstom in Bologna seeks a Project Engineering Manager for the Traffic Management System (TMS). You will be accountable for performance, customer acceptance, and the technical scope of the project.

You will coordinate engineering activities, manage cross-functional interfaces, and ensure safety and cybersecurity practices across the lifecycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, hands-on leadership experience, and ability to manage contractual requirements and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects.
• Engineering background with project deployment full lifecycle experience.
• Hands-on experience managing functional or hierarchical teams and dealing with customer contracts.

Mansioni

• Manage the technical contractual scope and ensure customer acceptance of the project solution.
• Lead the TMS solution deployment and coordinate engineering activities across subsystems.
• Define Engineering Strategy and ensure its deployment within SyEMP.
• Chair the Project Change Control Board (CCB) and ensure safety/cybersecurity principles are applied.
• Coordinate the project engineering team across phases and manage interfaces with domain leaders and site heads.
• Promote Alstom Code of Ethics and uphold high ethical standards.
