Alstom is seeking a skilled Test & Commissioning Lead to plan and oversee all T&C activities for a major project in Bologna. You will ensure alignment with the project strategy, manage the field T&C team, and collaborate with the V&V manager to define and apply V&V strategies in lab and on site.

You will coordinate staffing, materials, documentation, and tool calibration while maintaining strict EHS standards and delivering on QCD commitments for the railway solution.

Competenze

• Experience planning and leading Test & Commissioning activities.
• Ability to define V&V strategy for lab and field.
• Proactive collaboration with multiple interfaces (Engineering, Industrial, Warranty).
• Ensures EHS compliance and proper documentation.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards
• Manage the T&C team on field
• Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field
• Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.
• Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…
• Monitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution / system requirements
