Job summary

Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste infrastructure, seeks an experienced Project Controller to monitor performance, costs and cash flow across international projects. You will analyze variances, assess risks, and present findings to senior management, supporting change orders and claims management.

The role requires 5+ years in project controlling, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellent English. Travel 10–20% is anticipated in an international EPC environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controlling, with cost tracking, budgeting and international project exposure.
• Experience with risk and claim management and ability to mitigate financial risks.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data, drawing insights and providing recommendations.
• Familiarity with IFRS and industry standards is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, revenue, cash flow, and progress, and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Perform variance analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present project financials to senior management and executives.
• Assist with claims and change order management.
• Manage customer bank guarantees and related documentation.
