Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Shipper Support to drive end-to-end process improvements and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. You will translate frontline pain points into scalable programs by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to optimize shipper experiences globally.

You will design scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks, coach teams, and deliver leadership updates.

Competenze

• Program management, logistics, operations, or related background.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct reporting lines.
• Experience in business process improvement; Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance shipper experience and reduce defects
• Coach Shippers, Account Managers and Shipper Support Specialists to perform root cause analysis and solutions
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to implement process and tool improvements
• Analyze contact drivers and operational data to prioritize opportunities
• Design scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of improvements from problem ID to rollout
• Create leadership narratives and program updates (6-pagers, WBR/MBR)

• Facilitate knowledge transfer across regions to scale best practices
