Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for EU Shipper Support based in Italy. The role drives process improvements and operational excellence by partnering with Product, Engineering and Operations to translate frontline pain points into scalable programs across shippers globally.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design scalable playbooks, and develop metrics to quantify ROI while shaping end-to-end delivery and leadership updates for senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.

As Program Manager for Shipper Support, you will drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. You will translate frontline pain points into scalable programs by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations, acting as a bridge between operations and the business. Your work enables a more efficient, reliable support model for shippers globally while supporting Amazon’s growth and customer obsession. This role offers scope to influence end-to-end processes and share best practices across regions.
