Zusammenfassung

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a Senior Remuneration professional to support the Remuneration Committee and help define policies at both Group and company levels. The role involves designing incentive systems, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting audits, with a focus on financial services and equity-based compensation.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in a compensation function, strong English, and advanced Excel/Access skills.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP/IVASS, MiFID, AIFMD, UCITS V).
• Experience with short-term incentive systems.
• Experience with long-term equity-based compensation.
• Strong written presentation skills (Word and PowerPoint).
• Solid performance measurement capabilities.
• Analytical skills with Excel and Access.
• 5–10 years of experience in a compensation/remuneration role in financial services.

Overview

You will join the Office Incentive Systems, supportingthe team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneously

What you’ll be doing

• Support to the Remuneration Committee
• Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels
• Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
• Support in compliance and audit processes

Who we’re looking for

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
• Knowledge of short term incentive system
• Knowledge of long term equity based system
• Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
• Performance measurement skills
• Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
• Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
• 5-10 years of experience
