Deel in Rome, Italy, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Equity to own the execution and evolution of Deel's equity product within Core Data. You will collaborate with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional partners across compliance, payroll, and compensation to deliver a best-in-class global equity experience.

You will translate complex equity concepts into scalable product solutions, driving automation and expansion while partnering with finance and legal teams to ensure global

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in fintech, payroll, or compliance domains.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, esp. equity/compensation.
• Strong communication and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Cross-functional work with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning end-to-end products.
• Experience in distributed, global teams.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day execution of the Equity product and roadmap.
• Drive AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance features.
• Collaborate with engineering across EMEA and APAC to ship features.
• Work with compliance, payroll, and compensation teams for integration.
• Define data ingestion/models for equity data from external systems.
• Improve workflows around vesting, reporting, and compliance handling.
• Expand equity product to new geographies and worker types.
