Freudenberg Group is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the Europe Thermal Barriers portfolio, driving growth, customer engagement, and market expansion across automotive and energy storage applications.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, operations, sales, and leadership to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and develop long-term competitive advantage through portfolio strategies and value propositions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Product Management, Product Line Management, Business Development, Engineering, or Commercial Leadership in automotive industry.
• Experience developing business cases, product strategies, customer value propositions, and market assessments.
• Strong pricing, costing, profitability analysis, and business planning knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing or related B2B industries; OEM/Tier supplier experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Thermal Barriers portfolio strategies to support long-term objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, support customer acquisition activities, and build business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and finance to align priorities and drive results.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and support pricing and commercial activities.
• Build relationships with customers and industry stakeholders to gather market insights and translate needs into strategy.
