Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is seeking a Marketing Manager Europe - Thermal Barriers to lead market strategy and portfolio development across Europe.

Based in Pinerolo with a hybrid work arrangement, you will drive customer insight, pricing, and strategic initiatives while coordinating with global teams. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in product marketing or related roles are expected, with automotive or industrial experience preferred.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or commercial roles.
• Leadership, project management, or senior individual contributor roles.
• Experience supporting and managing products across the full lifecycle.
• Experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technology-focused environment; automotive experience is a plus.

• Develop solutions that meet customer needs while identifying and implementing new market approaches.
• Drive development and evolution of product portfolios based on market trends and insights.
• Oversee key customer portfolios with a focus on market dynamics and business objectives.
• Analyze product-market fit, pricing strategy, and network opportunities; contribute to pricing aligned with market conditions.
• Contribute to global strategic initiatives, define roadmaps, and identify gaps through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor customer needs, legal requirements, and compliance aspects; support early product development.

Formazione
