Job summary

Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial Process Cooling, EMEA, to translate market needs into differentiated product strategies and drive lifecycle management across a broad industrial portfolio.

Based in the EMEA region with on-site work 5 days a week, you will partner with engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver reliable, energy-efficient cooling solutions and meet sustainability targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
• Strong understanding of industrial process cooling markets and customer requirements.
• Experience leading products or portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, and technical insights into product requirements and portfolio strategy.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for the industrial process cooling portfolio.
• Partner with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and service teams to launch competitive solutions.
• Define products addressing performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
• Support lifecycle planning from concept through launch and end-of-life management.
