Clivet SpA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Center Cooling to define strategy and drive the product roadmap. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Sales to align technical developments with market needs and business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in product management or development within data center technologies, plus strong analytical and leadership abilities to guide portfolio optimization and market assessment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related technical field.
5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Portfolio Management; data center tech is valued.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities for market analysis and benchmarking.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across R&D, Operations, and Sales.
Familiarity with data center cooling products (Chillers, AHUs, liquid cooling) is a plus.

Mansioni

Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the data center cooling solutions.
Work with R&D, Technological Platform, and Product Sales Management to support positioning and go-to-market actions.
Drive full product lifecycle management from introduction to phase-out and portfolio optimization.
Monitor project and product performance, provide insights on market and technology trends, align development with business goals.
