Toptal is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-velocity team building AI-enabled platforms. You will drive technical depth, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and leadership to deliver world-class software.

This role emphasizes AI-first engineering, code quality, and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will shape the new AI platform, influence architecture decisions, and ensure delivery milestones while maintaining an innovative, globally distributed remote

Competenze

7+ years of experience in back-end, front-end technologies, and databases.
Solid grasp of object-oriented programming, databases, clean code, development, and automated testing.
2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
Proven track record delivering successful products as an engineer and engineering manager.
