Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Strategic Initiatives to design and drive cross-SBU product and marketing programs aligned with enterprise objectives. You will own the product roadmap, including NPD, enhancements, and portfolio changes, while supporting Emerson planning from an SBU perspective; coordinating with global teams for data-driven decisions.

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Product Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you will design and drive cross-SBU product and marketing programs aligned with enterprise objectives. You will own the product roadmap, including NPD, enhancements, and portfolio changes, while supporting Emerson planning from an SBU perspective. You will analyze margins, pricing, and competitive dynamics, coordinating with global teams to enable impactful, data-driven decisions. This role offers exposure to strategic portfolio leadership and regional go-to-market initiatives in a global environment.

• Develop, execute and communicate the portfolio roadmap and programs, guiding the NPD process from Gate 0 to Gate 7
• Position global product platforms and define product positioning
• Conduct annual portfolio reviews to rationalize and obsolesce products per lifecycle procedures
• Lead routine price reviews and implement global/regional pricing strategies
• Investigate financials, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform decisions
• Support Emerson planning process submissions from an SBU perspective
• Design and drive strategic product and marketing initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives
• Own and execute the product roadmap, including new product development, portfolio optimization, and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies across TOV and CBL SBUs
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Collaborate with Global ISV and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless initiative execution
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support planning and strategy
