Job summary

LuxExperience in Milan is seeking a motivated Senior Product Library coordinator to support studio production logistics. You will plan production lists for daily ecommerce shoots, coordinate pre-shoot activities with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely movement and availability of products for studio use.

You will collaborate with production, styling and creative teams to streamline shoot execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior logistics or operations role, ideally within a studio, retail, or production environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week, on-site)
