LuxExperience is seeking an AI Studio Operations Specialist to drive AI-enabled workflows for the Milan-based Studio Production LuxE. You will build, test, and implement generative AI processes, coordinating across NAP/MRP and Mytheresa studios to maintain luxury standards.

You will audit workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and partner with creative teams to translate artistic requirements into practical tech solutions, while contributing to AI governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in studio operations, creative production, or process management in an international luxury or premium environment.
• Practical experience with Generative AI tools and tailored prompt engineering for creative workflows.
• Process-driven problem solving to audit and automate workflows across two studio spaces (NAP/MRP and Mytheresa).
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance two distinct studio spaces effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
