Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a talented Senior Styling Editor to join the Studio Production LuxE team in Milan. The role focuses on styling and shooting ecommerce model shots, aligning with the MrPorter creative vision and brand identity.

You will mentor junior stylists, oversee production planning, and ensure high-quality imagery while maintaining on-set leadership and attention to detail. English proficiency is required for internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within ecommerce or luxury.
• Extraordinary styling competence and a strong eye for detail.
• A true team player with positive attitude, composure and a strong work ethic as well as the ability to coordinate, guide and inspire a team on set.
• A strong and deep knowledge of menswear brands, trends and menswear fashion specifics.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and reliability.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

The type of person we are looking for:

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within the field of ecommerce or luxury
• Extraordinary styling competence and a strong eye for detail
• A true team player with positive attitude, composure and a strong work ethic as well as the ability to coordinate, guide and inspire a team on set
• A strong and deep knowledge of menswear brands, trends and menswears fashion specifics
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and reliability
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting annual gross base salary: €40.000. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender‑neutral criteria applied during the selection process.

Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).
