Prysmian Group is seeking a Process and Machinery Engineering Manager in Milan to drive project execution across affiliates and plants. You will lead technical discussions, coordinate with local teams, and guide issue resolution with expert knowledge from across sites.

The role demands long-term field experience, strong engineering background, and readiness to travel while maintaining cross-functional collaboration across international sites.

Competenze

• Over ten years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing).
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required.
• English proficiency and Italian mother tongue.

Mansioni

• Actively drive projects execution, ensuring effective management of both technical and organizational aspects.
• Lead and facilitate technical discussions with suppliers and affiliates, fostering alignment and collaboration.
• Liaise with the internal customers (affiliates), understanding their needs.
• Communicate and coordinate with local teams, plant managers and other involved functions.
• Assist local teams in the management and resolution of issues by providing guidance and transferring knowledge from other plants.
• Identify best practices to be adopted at group level by extended benchmarking on specific and critical processes/methods.
