Brainfield It in Italy seeks a Senior Process Engineer for the Albese con Cassano plant to drive process scalability and complete the PDP in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams. You will oversee experimental design, monitor plant performance, and work with internal teams to implement improvements.

Responsibilities include energy and cost optimization, reliability enhancements, and supervision of junior colleagues, with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge chemical recycling

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of prior experience as a process engineer.
• Proven experience in the engineering and management of chemical plants.
• Knowledge of key international engineering standards.
• Experience in design of complex chemical processes (reactor design, separation, heat exchangers, and solids/slurry handling).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring validation of instrumentation.
• Generate and analyze data to monitor plant performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop scalable solutions for major industry licensors and EPC contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements across the organization.
• Identify solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization, reliability and environmental impact.
• Supervise junior colleagues and enhance their skill sets.
• Collaborate with suppliers/third parties to improve proprietary technology and production processes.
