InPost Italy is seeking a senior in-house privacy and compliance lawyer to join the Legal Department. The role focuses on privacy and regulatory compliance, helping translate requirements into practical, sustainable solutions aligned with company objectives.

You will support contract reviews and cross-functional projects, including DPIAs, RoPA, and data breach responses while coordinating with the General Counsel and external partners.

Competenze

• Law degree is required and a Qualified Attorney-at-Law is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in privacy and compliance roles, ideally in postal/logistics.
• Strong expertise in GDPR, Italian data protection legislation, NIS2 and AML requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead privacy and compliance programs aligned with GDPR and Italian/EU laws.
• Support review and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements with data protection provisions.
• Manage DPIAs, RoPA updates, data breach responses, and interactions with the DPO and regulators.
• Develop training and awareness materials on privacy and compliance for employees.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and cross-functional teams on broader legal topics.
