Domyn in Milan is seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel to be the company's key reference for privacy and data protection as we scale. You will advise across a broad range of legal matters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, business‑oriented lawyer with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Italy is required; admission in the United States is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house, including exposure to privacy/data protection matters.
• Solid knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR and familiarity with other international frameworks).
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and contract review skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of privacy laws and regulations and translate requirements into practical guidance.
• Support management of data subject requests and privacy incidents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on business transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with the external Data Protection Officer.
• Own development and maintenance of privacy policies, notices, and data governance practices.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving company policies and procedures.
