ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design to define methodologies and lead critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs.

The role spans leading high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, driving transmitter/receiver architectures, establishing design methodologies, and mentoring senior engineers while collaborating across the company to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge: HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• Advanced CMOS node experience: FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
• PLL, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
