ams OSRAM is looking for a senior analog IC design expert to lead the development of broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, guide critical analog projects, and drive high-performance circuits in advanced CMOS nodes.

You will mentor senior engineers and influence transmitter/receiver architectures, staying at the forefront of analog/mixed-signal design and sign-off decisions.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLL, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
