Job summary

The role requires 12+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, a strong transistor-level design background, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of analog and mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Proven track record of IC design projects from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles and power management.
• Strong knowledge of transistor-level design.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of smart power stages and power management ICs.
• Design low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits (LDOs, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, DACs/ADCs).
• Collaborate with digital design, layout and verification teams for seamless integration.
• Perform circuit simulations and analyses to optimize performance and reliability.
• Develop design methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support.
• Support product definition to align with market needs.
