You will guide a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design and development of Smart Power Stages and PMICs, shaping investment directions across silicon IP, CAD tools, process technology and packaging. The role requires a strong track record in semiconductor engineering, stellar leadership, and ability to deliver complex programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 25+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a semiconductor engineering team in Catania, ensuring operational excellence and high performance.
• Collaborate with Product Line Directors to prioritize near-term product execution imperatives and long-term strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth in Performance Computing Power.
• Oversee the design and development of products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Set a vision for the team and grow the team in size and capability.
• Manage resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
