Renesas Electronics in Catania, Italy, is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to join the Power Product Group. You will work on Smart Power Stages and PMICs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative power management solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong transistor-level knowledge, and experience in circuit simulations. Occasional travel is expected; a competitive compensation package is offered.

Competenze

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles and transistor-level design.
• Solid knowledge of feedback control systems and circuit simulations.
• Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and travel occasionally.
