Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Pricing and Market Access Consultant to shape pricing strategies for pharma products in Milano. You will develop payer-focused materials, align evidence generation with pricing plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and global value dossiers.

Strong English, project leadership and client-facing skills are essential. You will mentor junior staff, manage project scopes, and ensure timely, profitable delivery while maintaining QA standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in pricing and market access, preferably in consulting.
• At least 3 years of project management in pricing, HTA, and literature reviews.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics.
• Proven track record of timely, client-ready deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written English with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing and market access materials (global value dossiers, payer-focused value stories, HTA appraisals, landscape assessments, advisory board materials).
• Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the primary Parexel client contact, translating needs into strategic deliverables.
• Design project scopes and plans, securing agreement from stakeholders.
• Apply disease-area knowledge to position products strategically in the market.
• Assist clients with product value messaging and market dynamics understanding.
• Manage client relationships and scope within projects.
• Identify opportunities for future projects and expand the client base.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring timely delivery and open communication.
• Oversee project finances to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
• Uphold quality assurance standards throughout project delivery.
• Function as a key liaison for cross-functional collaboration to support pricing and access strategies.
