Job summary

Qonto in Italy is seeking a senior Product Manager, Client Communication, to own a greenfield platform for connected customer communications across Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist and Zendesk. You will shape the roadmap and align stakeholders from day one.

You will partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product and Engineering to close regulatory gaps and turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable program used across teams.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience.
• CRM and communications experience with tools such as Braze, Customer.io, or similar.
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
