WPP Media seeks a Senior Associate, Projects Management to lead integrated communication projects from briefing through delivery. You will partner with strategy, media, creative, events and production teams to drive influencer marketing campaigns, branded content and partnerships.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, timeline ownership, and KPI delivery, with a hybrid setup in Italy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project or account management within related disciplines,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or account management within influencer marketing, branded content, media partnerships, activations or related communication disciplines.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and standard projects end-to-end, acting as day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships and translate needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with strategy, media, creative, events and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns and activations.
• Own project timelines, scope of work and financial processes, coordinating with finance and legal as required.
• Ensure alignment on expectations and KPIs across all project phases and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with external partners, creators and talents, applying knowledge of influencer formats and metrics.
• Apply understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours to project development and recommendations.
