Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking an Associate in Influencer Marketing to support day-to-day influencer projects across multiple industries. You will contribute to creator research, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and reporting while expanding your practical knowledge of the influencer ecosystem.

Under close supervision, you will liaise with clients and influencer agencies, monitor market trends, and develop strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, communications or a related field; relevant internships are welcome.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach to foster client relationships.
• Proactive, curious and solutions-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects independently under supervision, liaising with clients and influencer agencies.
• Assist with creator research, outreach coordination and preparation of project materials, timelines and status updates.
• Monitor influencer marketing landscape and trends for market and competitive analysis.
• Collect campaign data and support interpretation of KPIs and post-campaign reporting.
• Build knowledge of the influencer ecosystem including creators, agencies and external partners.
