Scale AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Public Sector to lead the development of critical platform capabilities. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment on classified networks, coordinating across cross-functional teams and customer engagements to ensure mission-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full Stack Development across front-end, back-end and infrastructure.
• Cloud-native deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP; containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Data engineering with ETL and data pipelines; data governance basics.
• AI integration using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of a vertical feature or horizontal capability from requirements to deployment.
• Orchestrate asynchronous agent fleets to meet mission needs.
• Translate mission needs into technical requirements with customers.
• Communicate with stakeholders to satisfy acceptance criteria and manage risks.
• Review ML infrastructure and model serving for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to platform roadmap with technical specs for Federal products.
