ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to guide customers in establishing a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions for long-term success. You will lead across executive sponsors, platform owners and development teams to deliver outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, data, integrations, and health of the platform, with a focus on enabling digital transformation and guiding engagements to positive business results.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging or analyzing AI in work processes or decision-making.
• 8+ years in a professional services (SaaS) organization or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience.
• Proven ability to drive complex issues to resolution.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects and development teams during selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Provide architectural advisory across engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Translate goals and requirements into an architectural blueprint for complex outcomes.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
