Wyser srl is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for an India manufacturing plant. The role combines operational analysis with business support, ensuring transparency and adherence to group standards.

The position requires leading plant budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while partnering with site management to drive efficiency and financial insight. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in manufacturing controlling, strong analytical skills, and ERP/SAP proficiency.

Competenze

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments.
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools.

Mansioni

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization.
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation.
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures.
• Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations.
• Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs).
• Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls.
• Support audit activities and reporting improvements.
• Act as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision-making and facilitating communication with HQ.
