Wyser srl is seeking a Resident Senior Controller for an India manufacturing plant. The role combines operational analysis with business support, ensuring transparency and adherence to group standards.

The position requires leading plant budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while partnering with site management to drive efficiency and financial insight. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in manufacturing controlling, strong analytical skills, and ERP/SAP proficiency.

Competenze

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in international environments.
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools.

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization.
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation.
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures.

To strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a:

Resident Senior Controller - India

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India. The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards

Key responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs
• Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
• Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation
• Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures
• Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations
• Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs)

Required profile

• 8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments
• Experience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools
• Languages:Fluent English
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering

Compensation & benefits

The company offers an annual gross salary in the range of €70,000 - €100,000, commensurate with experience and role scope, plus company-provided accommodation.
