Job summary

AGAP2 Italia is seeking a Planning Engineer with 8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within Oil&Gas and EPC projects. You will develop, monitor and update schedules across all phases and provide forecasts and critical path analysis to support proactive management.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Project Master Schedule, defining WBS and milestones, tracking progress, and integrating subcontractor schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Project Master Schedule per the Execution Plan (CPM).
• Define WBS, activity codes, milestones and critical path.
• Monitor progress against baseline and update schedules.
• Develop recovery plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and offshore teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for management and client.
