Agap2 Italia seeks a seasoned Project Service Manager to coordinate project services, cost control, planning and document control across onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects. You will interface with the technical team, contractors and the Client to ensure cost, schedule and compliance targets are met.

The role reports to the Project General Manager and requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong English communication, and proven experience in complex industrial projects in Italy.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional experience in Project Services or Project Controls after degree.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCIC or complex industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, planning and progress monitoring.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project service activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases.
• Manage project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support.
• Oversee cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project service reports for management and Client.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and contractual requirements.
