Sanofi in Italy is seeking a Production Manager to oversee planning, scheduling and execution of pharma manufacturing at the designated site. You will coordinate with supply chain, allocate jobs, monitor daily activities and drive continuous improvement.
You will lead New Product Introduction transfers from the mother plant, prepare BOMs, SAP recipes, and batch schedules, while ensuring GMP/HSE compliance and data integrity.
Competenze
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma manufacturing (OSD).
- Production operation management with KPI and budget skills incl. Lean and Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of EHS requirements, cGMP and quality regulations.
- Experience leading medium/large teams; cross-functional exposure.
- Change management and handling unionised workforce.
- Proficiency with digital/data analytics tools.

- Plan and schedule production; allocate jobs; monitor daily activities.
- Lead NPI transfers from mother plant; prepare BOM; SAP recipe; batch scheduling.
- Develop and train staff; ensure zero LTI/IWLT; implement GMP/HSE systems.
- Improve processes, yields, capacity utilization; monitor KPIs.
- Ensure cGMP documentation and data integrity; maintain records.
