Sanofi Goa site seeks a seasoned Production Manager to lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling and New Product Introductions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor WIP, and drive process improvements to ensure high-quality output and on-time transfers to the Goa site.

The role requires 10+ years of pharma manufacturing experience, a Pharmacy or Science degree, strong KPI and budgeting skills, and expertise in GMP/cGMP, EHS, and data analytics.

Competenze

• 10+ years of pharma manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy or Master of Science degree.
• Experience with GMP/cGMP and quality systems.

Mansioni

• Plan and oversee end-to-end production planning and scheduling across centers.
• Lead New Product Introductions including BOM/prep, SAP recipe creation, batch scheduling and approvals.
• Drive process excellence to reduce cycle times, improve yields and capacity utilization.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation practices according to GMP standards.
• Develop staff, manage change and handle a unionized workforce.
