Sanofi is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for its Goa site to oversee end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and NPI transfers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production plans, maintain WIP, and ensure compliant manufacturing and documentation.

A strong emphasis on GMP/HSE, staff development, and process improvements will drive high-quality output. You will lead cross-site collaboration, drive efficiency, and manage a medium-to-large team while maintaining

Competenze

• 10+ years of pharma manufacturing experience (OSD).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with GMP/cGMP, quality systems and documentation.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and digital systems.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule production, allocate work across centers and coordinate with supply chain.
• Lead New Product Introduction transfers from mother plant, SAP recipe creation and batch scheduling.
• Drive process excellence to reduce cycle time, improve yields and capacity utilization.
• Ensure GMP/HSE adherence, data integrity, and staff development.
