Abylsen cerca un Business Developer per la sua sede di Milano. Il candidato sarà responsabile di sviluppare e gestire una unità di business nel contesto della engineering consulting, lavorando come intrapreneur con focus su Industry e acquisizione di nuovi clienti.

Si richiede laurea magistrale e padronanza di italiano e inglese, consolidata esperienza nello sviluppo commerciale e ottime capacità negoziali, in un ambiente internazionale e in crescita.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Business School.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese (obbligatorio)
• Solida esperienza nello sviluppo business e nell'acquisizione clienti.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
• Capacità di prosperare in un ambiente internazionale in rapida crescita.

Mansioni

• Costruire e gestire un portafoglio clienti nel settore Industry.
• Prospecting telefonico e incontri di persona con i clienti.
• Garantire alti livelli di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
• Promuovere i tre modelli di ingaggio di Abylsen.
• Collaborare con Talent Acquisition per reclutare ingegneri consulenti.
• Gestire e ottimizzare la redditività dell'unità di business.

As a Business Developer for our Milan agency, you will act as a true intrapreneur responsible for developing and managing your business unit within the engineering consulting environment.

Business Development

• Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector
• Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Promote Abylsen’s three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package)

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers

Profit Center Management & Coaching

• Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Engineering or Business School)
• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment
