Saipem is seeking a Packages Engineer to join the ENCAR team. You will prepare specifications, lead vendor assessments, and ensure packages meet technical requirements and schedules.

The role involves multi-disciplinary coordination and travel for project assignments. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years in international contracting, and experience with process/utility packages.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as package engineer with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies.
• Knowledge of process packages for process and utilities (e.g., dehydration, desalination, water treatment).
• Willingness to travel abroad based on projects and assigned work.

Mansioni

• Prepare technical specifications, test requirements, and material requisitions; compile package documentation and data sheets.
• Technical evaluation of vendor quotations and bid comparisons.
• Ensure package delivery complies with technical requirements, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary package development and reviews with other disciplines.
• Review vendor documentation and related detailed design engineering documents.
