We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Italy Finance team as Order to Cash & Credit Transformation Senior Specialist. You will oversee end-to-end OTC and Credit Management activities, ensuring effective governance, robust internal controls, and strong business partnering across local and global stakeholders.

You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, automation and digital finance initiatives while ensuring SOX compliance and improved working capital

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or related finance functions.
• Proven people leadership experience and ability to manage teams and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes and E-Invoicing.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation or digital finance initiatives.
• Understanding of SOX, controls and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in Italian and English; SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash and Credit Management operations.
• Coach and develop the OTC team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive credit and collection strategies, including risk assessment and DSO management.
• Oversee Customer Master Data, Pricing, Billing and E-Invoicing activities.
• Own OTC internal controls and support audits, ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate OTC processes.
• Lead cross-functional and global projects, aligning stakeholders.
• Partner with the business to resolve issues and support objectives.
