CESI S.p.A. is seeking an OST Manager to lead on-site operations across Milan, Berlin, Arnhem and the Czech Republic.

This full-time role (38 hrs/week) combines project execution, resource management and client interface to deliver safe, high-quality testing and mobilization of test systems. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and lead multi-site teams while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of on-site operations, commissioning, testing or field service in energy
• Strong project execution, scheduling and site management background
• Experience leading multi-site teams in an international environment

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and execute OST projects aligning with customer requirements and standards
• Define execution schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress for timely delivery
• Supervise site activities and ensure safety and quality compliance
• Interface with customers and site teams during project execution
• Manage issues and constraints to avoid downtime and cost overruns
• Mobilize and demobilize test systems, logistics and site readiness
• Coordinate personnel, assets and external providers for deployments
• Track time, cost, margin and performance; support budgeting
• Maintain transparent reporting on workload, risks and delivery
• Liaise with Sales on complex quotations and feasibility
