CESI S.p.A. is seeking an On Site Testing Manager to lead OST projects across multiple European sites, including Milan, Berlin and beyond.

You will define schedules, allocate resources and supervise field teams to meet safety, quality and delivery standards. You will manage multi-site operations, coordinate testing assets, monitor costs and KPIs, and maintain close interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a reliable, efficient project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's a plus.
• 10+ years of on-site operations, commissioning, testing or field service in energy/ power sector.
• Strong background in project execution, scheduling, resource planning and site management.
• Ability to manage multi-site teams in an international environment.
• Knowledge of testing and diagnostics of high-voltage equipment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and execute OST projects in line with customer requirements, contractual commitments and internal delivery standards.
• Define execution schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high equipment utilization.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards and customer expectations.
• As primary operational interface for customers and site teams during project execution.
• Manage issues and site constraints to avoid downtime and cost overruns.
• Ensure proper mobilization and demobilization of test systems and logistics.
