Arcadis is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee project execution in the Milan hinterland. You will coordinate construction activities and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience and a degree in Engineering, with relevant accreditations being a plus.

The role requires fluency in English and good Italian, with frequent site visits expected. The position offers a salary range of €41,600 to €62,400.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus.
• Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) will be considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Co-ordinate executive/construction design activities.
• Support operational management.
• Verify and control site accounting.
• Monitor GANTT and construction budget.
• Draft construction site reports.
• Control construction site activities.

Fluent English (B2/C1)
